Welcome to Harmonie Reizen. Below you will find our terms and conditions that apply to the use of our services and the booking of trips. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

General Terms and Conditions of Harmonie Reizen

General

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and services of Harmonie Reizen, based in the Netherlands.

1.2. By making a booking, you agree to these general terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payments

2.1. Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or by email.

2.2. A deposit of 30% of the total travel sum is due upon booking. The remaining amount must be paid 60 days before departure.

2.3. For last-minute bookings (within 30 days before departure), the full travel sum is due immediately.

Cancellations and Changes

3.1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

3.2. For cancellations up to 60 days before departure, 10% of the travel sum will be charged.

3.3. For cancellations between 59 and 30 days before departure, 50% of the travel sum will be charged.

3.4. For cancellations within 30 days before departure, the full travel sum will be charged.

3.5. Changes to the booking can be requested but are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Travel Documents

4.1. Participants must have a valid passport and the necessary visas.

4.2. Harmonie Reizen is not responsible for the consequences of not having the required travel documents in order.

Insurances

5.1. Taking out travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory and must be arranged by the traveler.

Liability

6.1. Harmonie Reizen is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of travelers’ property.

6.2. Harmonie Reizen is not liable for any form of injury or inconvenience caused by third parties during the trip.

Force Majeure

7.1. Harmonie Reizen is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Complaints

8.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the end of the trip, to Harmonie Reizen.

8.2. Harmonie Reizen strives to handle complaints within 30 days.

Applicable Law

9.1. All agreements and these general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

9.2. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
